Jay knows the truth, marketing prof's only recycle what they "know". It's funny, in college, they teach that you can't raise prices for products or services. And Jay goes out and does seminars, raises his prices (some were $15 or $25 k and people gladly pay). You stand back and think about it.all these people out struggling, trying to make tenure, or something. When the average marketing author (or college professor), they'll never see that money in a lifetime. It boggles my mind that he could be paid a million dollars in one weekend for a seminar (say 200 people at $5,000). ![]() But his seminars are the main deal, very meaty and powerful. Its easy to waste time on books or little reports. But you have to listen to his seminars and immerse yourself. The "Getting Everything" book is a great intro to his mindset and methods. Seemingly "outdated" by todays standards (you can buy it for $30-50 on ebay). Originally sold for $5,000 (which was alot in 94). I was just in Orlando on vacation for the past week and a half (live in California) and I took his Mastermind Marketing seminar (from 94) along.
